Do I need to pay?
Basic access to LYNQ may be free depending on the experience or event. Some features require a subscription or one-time payment. You'll always know the cost before being charged.
How billing works
Subscriptions are billed at the start of each cycle — monthly, quarterly, or annually depending on your plan.
We accept major cards and mobile wallets. Your invoice is emailed after every payment.
Cancelling your plan
Cancel any time under Settings → Subscription → Manage Plan. Your access continues until the end of the current billing period.
Refunds
Refund eligibility depends on the service or programme. We'll consider refunds for duplicate charges, confirmed cancellations that were still billed, or service outages beyond our commitments.
Email connect@lynqglobal.com within 7 days of a disputed charge.
Partner plans
Organisations that create programmes on LYNQ subscribe to a Partner plan, which gives them access to programme tools, participant registration data (from users who consent), and platform analytics.
Plans range from Essentials to Enterprise. All partners are verified and must sign LYNQ's data agreement before accessing anything.
